“Success in the Workplace: Soft Skills”
January 10 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Who is this for?
This workshop is designed for those who need to learn the importance of developing and improving their soft skills. It is for those who are struggling to land the second interview due to something they may not be aware of causing them to not make that good first impression on the interviewers. It is for those who want to know the most important aspects that employers are looking for in an employee. It is for those who want to become the best employee they can be. This workshop is for those who do NOT believe they need a workshop in soft skills!
What will you learn?
This workshop will teach you the top 9 soft skills that are in demand according to employers since COVID (current as of the year 2021). It will teach you the definitions of the soft skills and how to develop & improve them in your life.
Through activities such as “Hard vs. Soft Skills”, “Drawing Bugs”, & “$86,400”, along with great facilitated discussion, you will learn the importance of soft skills in the workplace, how to make a good first impression at your job interview, and hopefully secure employment, as well as position yourself for advancement & promotions at your place of employment.
